1. Who We Are
EvenTrust is a personal brand trust intelligence platform operated by Floor No 8 SRL (CUI: RO50787407), registered in Timișoara, Romania. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “EvenTrust” refer to Floor No 8 SRL. “You” and “your” refer to you, the user.
By accessing or using EvenTrust, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
EvenTrust analyzes your personal brand presence — primarily LinkedIn — using proprietary behavioral science algorithms (the “CogShield Engine”). The service provides:
Brand Trust Analysis
Six-dimensional scoring of your brand presence, archetype classification, blind spot detection, and actionable coaching.
Content Generation
AI-powered post drafts calibrated to your brand archetype, tone preferences, and trust dimensions.
Brand Intelligence
Constellation maps, outcome tracking, memory-driven coaching, and longitudinal brand evolution insights.
3. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use EvenTrust. You sign in via Google OAuth — we do not store passwords. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at we.are@floorno8.com.
4. Your Content
You retain full ownership of any content you provide to EvenTrust — LinkedIn posts, headlines, profile data, and any text you input for analysis or generation.
By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering and improving the analysis and generation services. We do not sell, share, or use your content for marketing purposes.
5. AI-Generated Content
EvenTrust uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude API) to generate brand analyses, trust scores, content drafts, and coaching recommendations. You should be aware of the following:
Analysis is guidance, not truth
Trust scores, archetype classifications, and coaching recommendations are analytical outputs based on behavioral science frameworks. They reflect patterns in your content — not objective measures of your professional worth.
Generated content requires your review
AI-generated posts, headlines, and carousels are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before publishing it on LinkedIn or elsewhere.
No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee that following our coaching or publishing AI-generated content will improve your engagement metrics, follower count, or professional reputation.
6. Intellectual Property
The EvenTrust platform — including its design, codebase, CogShield scoring engine, archetype framework, constellation map system, brand memory engine, and all associated algorithms — is the exclusive intellectual property of Floor No 8 SRL.
You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the platform, its scoring methodology, or its AI prompts.
Content you generate using EvenTrust (e.g., drafted LinkedIn posts) belongs to you. The underlying system that produced it belongs to us.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Abuse the platform — automate access, scrape data, or use bots to interact with EvenTrust.
Misrepresent AI content — present AI-generated analyses as human-produced professional certifications or endorsements.
Violate third-party rights — submit content you do not have the right to use, or use the platform to harass, defame, or impersonate others.
Circumvent limitations — bypass usage limits, create multiple accounts, or share account access.
8. Plans & Payments
EvenTrust offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at your plan's rate. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at we.are@floorno8.com.
9. Data & Privacy
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Key points: your data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany), we comply with GDPR, and we never sell your data.
10. Third-Party Services
EvenTrust integrates with third-party services (Google OAuth, LinkedIn, Anthropic Claude API, Stripe, Vercel). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.
11. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Floor No 8 SRL's total liability for any claim arising from or related to EvenTrust is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm — arising from your use of EvenTrust or reliance on AI-generated content.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable EU or Romanian law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, we remove your data within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with reasonable notice where possible. In cases of severe misuse (fraud, abuse, illegal activity), we may terminate immediately without notice.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Timișoara, Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence require otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have access to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
